Advent was once again a rapid countdown? And the calendar for the new year is already well filled again?

We usually observe others moving in circles and believe that we ourselves are traveling steadily forward and straight ahead on a straight line. Really?

If you have the luxury of a few hours today, it’s worth looking back: What was the year 2024 like as it draws to a close?

What remains of the numerous activities, efforts and adventures? Was there any adventure at all or could everything be classified as routine?

After health, time is our most precious asset

The best plan for the coming year 2025? More of what made you happy. More of what makes others happy, or at least keeps them warm and lets them survive. Generators are needed in many places in Ukraine at the moment. An excellent initiative by Neuss hilft e.V..

And more of what they would sorely miss if it were no longer there tomorrow.
