These two simple health tips always work

Everyone has learned by now that omega-3 fatty acids are essential for health. If you want to see this again in detail, you can do so at two of the most renowned addresses for medicine: The HARVARD Medical School and the Cleveland Clinic, a clinic group that Barack Obama visited repeatedly during his time in office, as it is a pioneer in many areas.

If you don’t have time for this in-depth research, it can be briefly summarized “in a nutshell”: Omega-3 fatty acids are a very important substance for our body cells. The cardiovascular system, eyes and brain in particular benefit from a sufficient supply of omega-3 fatty acids.

Look at the list of foods that contain the highest levels of omega-3 fatty acids:

then it becomes clear that fish is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. For some people, however, the list causes initial skepticism about its feasibility in everyday life. Because as good as the fish on this list tastes, the logistics can be difficult or even time-consuming, depending on where you live.

Not everyone is lucky enough to live in Japan, where fresh fish is not a problem.

For vegetarians

Alternatives to fish for vegetarians are linseed, edamame and walnuts. Now that’s really easy and delicious. Because the walnut harvest has just finished and walnuts can be enjoy at any time without any problems. In muesli, in salads, with cheese or simply on its own as a quick healthy snack.

Which brings us to our favorite sources of walnuts: Grenoble and the Perigord are two areas in France that grow excellent walnuts. The climate in both regions is ideal for walnuts. However, walnuts from Grenoble are easier to find in the shops than walnuts from the Perigord.

An autumn trip to the Perigord with its lovely landscapes, castles, black truffles, wine and specialties of duck and goose would be delightful, but would also take time to plan and implement.

Fresh walnuts can be bought quickly at the market.

It couldn’t be simpler

By eating walnuts, linseed and sea fish as often as possible, you have already done a lot for your health. There is another tip that doctors recommend as an important preventative measure for almost all diseases: Exercise.

So please don’t just snack on walnuts at your desk, but go for a run whenever you can. It always works and, with the right clothing, there’s no reason to avoid it in the morning, during your lunch break or in the evening, even in fall and winter.

That would at least be a good reason why elegant leather shoes are only seen on stylish contemporaries in everyday street wear. It makes little sense to just sit around in sneakers.
