INSIGHTS >

What is the best way for you to switch off?

In nature and with a “deadline-free” day. I try to structure my week according to the three G’s: Gain (where do I get energy from), Grow (how do I work on my growth); Give (how do I pass on my knowledge, my competence to others; how do I contribute to social development).

What was the last insight that changed your outlook on life?

Our mental models determine our lives – unconsciously. And it takes a “paradigm shift” to change our lives.

What talent is lying dormant in you?

I have a talent to inspire and excite people. As a speaker and publicist, I want to make more use of these talents. Implementing these talents are my next steps to a fulfilling life.

What do you always need to be reminded of?

Everything that has to do with structure and accuracy. I am a creative developer. After a lot of learning, I understood that the implementation someone else can do for me much better.

What made you happy this past week?

Many things have come to fruition with ease. I believe in Dharma – our destiny. And when we are in flow with our Dharma, things become easy. Wonderful opportunities arise, opportunities for collaboration
and other opportunities. Things that we would otherwise have to do with a great deal of effort succeed just because. I was very happy to be invited for this interview and to have the opportunity to publish my insights and passions every week in German and English via the TSD (Talk of San Diego).
