Whether summer or winter – the color chocolate dresses perfectly
Has the color chocolate brown already moved into your closet?
Rightly on trend
The color chocolate brown has been omnipresent on the catwalks for several months now. From bikinis to winter coats, you can see designs in a dark, warm brown. Rightly so, in our view.
What are the benefits of chocolate for textiles?
A dark brown goes well with every skin tone and hair color. The warm color is flattering in a swimsuit by the pool in the morning, looks confident as trousers or a sweater during the day and a chocolate-colored evening dress is a classy alternative to the omnipresent black on the dance floor.
The color chocolate does not look as harsh as the color black and can be combined well with many other colors. This applies to other items of clothing and accessories as well as a wide variety of lipstick colors.
Compared to dark blue, which is sometimes reminiscent of uniforms, dark chocolate brown looks a little more relaxed without appearing too casual.

The feel-good color
Who doesn’t like to reach for chocolate to indulge themselves or in moments when stress is getting the better of them? Desserts with chocolate on the restaurant menu always find happy customers and a good hot chocolate is always a great idea on a gloomy, cold day.
This image of chocolate, characterized by excellent patisserie and confectionery, is also reflected in the color of clothing. The color chocolate brown in clothing has a feel-good effect for the wearer and the other person.
Cigars with their dark brown color also suggest peace and relaxation.
It is not surprising that the color chocolate brown plays a major role in the yarn of many tweed fabrics from Scotland.
Ideal for jewelry
As with any other color, chocolate brown also benefits from the best possible fabric quality: wool, silk, velvet or cashmere let the color shine.
If even more radiance is required, chocolate brown can be perfectly combined with jewelry. Both gold and silver jewelry look good on this dark, warm color.

The color chocolate brown also has the great advantage that it is not a fancy trend color, as so often the Pantone colors of the year, but as a classic color remains wearable for many years.
