START WITH THE BELLY

THE REST OF THE BODY
With the harder brush, start at the bottom of the right leg and stroke with quick strokes towards the heart. First on the outside, then on the inside of the leg. Then use the same procedure for the left leg. Ten brush strokes, one on the inside and one on the outside, is a good measure.
Then brush the arms, starting with the right arm before changing to the left arm. Brushing the outer parts of the arms is sufficient here. You should not brush the very delicate skin of the décolleté.
